We are an academic society of Bulgarian food researchers: historians, anthropologists, culturologists, folklorists and sociologists. We created this site as a gallery and library for people who like not only to taste food, but also to think about it. You will find here three collections that we will work to enlarge: of archival photography, old Bulgarian cookbooks, and scientific studies of Bulgarian food.
